What is perfect?
This naturally beautiful woman was “perfect” before having plastic surgery. I am sure she convinced someone to operate but if that surgeon wouldn’t do it, she certainly would have found someone else to take her money. I vote for the pre op woman but she must not have felt beautiful inside. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder!
